When Taylor calls on a client it is rarely, if ever, to sell them something.
“As relationship manager, my primary job is to have conversations and make people feel comfortable,” Taylor said.
“My goal is to be in a customer’s office before there is a problem and to make sure that problems are solved before they are even noted as problems.”
A graduate of the University of Texas Arlington with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, Taylor is also experienced in the retail and hospitality industries.
“Whether you are buying a pair of shoes from Nordstrom, sitting down to a fine meal in your favorite restaurant or choosing a copier, you want all of those experiences to be pleasant,” Taylor said. “It’s my job to make sure they are.”
