Geo-Tech Foundation Repair has an office that buzzes all day long with activity.  From preparing contracts and job tickets to scanning warranties to faxing documents to clients, Joleen Nocktonick, the office manager, has her hands full.

“We run three crews most days and there are five of us here in the office coordinating things,”Joleen said. “That’s why the Xerox printer scanner is so important to us.”

Geo-Tech acquired their Xerox 7300-series machine from Susan Gifford at Farmer Business Systems.  Susan saw their need the first time she set foot in Geo-Tech’s offices in Dallas.

“They were working with individual printers,” Susan said. “And without a network between them.”

Susan did an analysis of Geo-Tech’s office production.  Number of copies, type (black and white or color), number of users and multi-function need (printing, scanning, faxing) were all taken into account.

“We were able to find a solution that met the need of their company while not breaking the bank,” Susan said.

Service and features were also important to Geo-Tech.

“The scanning feature is amazing,” Joleen said. “And when it comes to service, Susan has always returned my calls promptly.  She has bent over backward to make sure we are always happy.”
