We’ve used the phrase “Powered by Xerox” on a regular basis in this space and in our marketing sales for a while now. But what does it really mean to you, the customer?
“We are really fortunate to be a part of the Xerox dealer network,” Greg Farmer said. “In all of the years we’ve been associated with them, they have not only supplied us with equipment and parts, but they have really listened to the issues we have uncovered with our customers.”
Greg is the founder and co-owner of Farmer Business Systems in Dallas. While he sells other brands and ultimately solutions for his customers, he is a Xerox dealer at heart.
Recently Greg was asked to participate in a Xerox regional workshop in Dallas, otherwise known as a NARS conference. During the workshop, Greg spoke to the group of dealers and partners as a part of a panel. The panel, made up of dealers like Greg, shared their experiences and strategies with the group.
“Xerox helps us with selling and marketing strategies that help us become and remain profitable businesses,” Greg said. “For example, we know that growing our existing client base is the best way for us to become profitable. That means that building solid, trusting relationships with our clients is key to that growth,” Greg said.
“It all starts with the customer.”
