Xerox is offering a new service through its value-added resellers (VARs).
It’s called the Xerox eConcierge.
The new service allows for the user to order supplies and services directly online. It is an online store for valued customers and allows our important clients the option to buy paper, toner and ink and service kits on line and ahead of their need.

The free Xerox eConcierge service uses the power of the cloud to streamline the process of ordering and fulfilling printer supplies for you and your customers. It encompasses supplies for networked printers and multifunction systems including Xerox, HP, Lexmark and Samsung, with more to follow. For larger businesses, it can be a strategic first step toward implementing a Managed Print Service.
